I do love indian Curries but they really are a pale imitation of the food available in India itself.
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

It's fish & chips for me.

If we want Indian I cook it and if we want Chinese my wife does it - She's Chinese but I'm NOT Indian.

Fish  &   Chips for me as well  but not as often   now  as i   have to watch  the cholesterol,   for a curry    i  dont go for the hot ones  i  found  a tinned  vegetable curry from  Sainsbury's very nice the other night  ;)

I'm with Port Perran, I'm off for my 5 week fix at the end of January, get out of the cold. Little bar we use "Babbi" the lady owner does her own wood roast spice mix, you can taste all the flavours. Blast I started drooling over the keyboard!
