Can anyone recommend a comprehensive stockist ( Shop rather than online) of pre cut card building kits in the South East? Many thanks.

Most good model shops stock Metcalfe kits. This link http://www.ukmodelshops.co.uk/events top left tab 'Model shops' will help you located model shops in your area. You can give them a call before you visit.  :beers:
Size matters - especially if you don't have a lot of space - and N gauge is the answer!

As AustinBob says, most stock 'em... so all depends where you are.

In London for example, Invicta Model Rail (literally 2 minutes from Sidcup station) has pretty much the whole range in stock.
