Steve, I am mightily impressed. I submit a suggestion at 9.23 about certain types of transfers and at 9.26 you have made up a sheet with my suggestions on them  .   That's what I call excellent customer  service.

It'd be nice to think that we have a 3 minute product-to-market lead time, but I must confess that we've had that pack for a while now! There are numerous other packs on the drawing board that are loooong overdue, and we will not rest until we have absolutely everything covered, so everyone's continued patience is hugely appreciated.
