Just tried "pinging" there various addresses and all are down with no reply being received.

I have managed to connect to both addresses but the connection took a while (roughly about a minute) before the page appeared.

Same here, anyone tried phoning them yet?

Maybe their server crashed under the weight of pre-orders.

Or maybe it is a ruse to lose all the Bachmann and Farish pre-orders at the old price. $:-\$

I always phone my orders in these days and insist that YODEL are not used (Only Royal Mail) and this is clearly noted on the despatch instructions. Since I have been doing that no more problems thus far.
