Even if you added a tenner to that price it would still be pretty reasonable by todays standards. Note that twin packs will be available (one powered, one dummy) but I have no idea of price.

Hattons are quoting 98 which is a fair price compared to other similar recent models. No release information available.  :)

Used to help on the CRA stand but over the last four years my presence has been required elsewhere. I'm hoping to get up there this year though. :)

Here is an 'ariel' photo of the layout. sorry its a bit messy as its still under construction.

Hahah 'a bit messy' that's nothing compared to the ankle deep foam shavings I wade through in the garage for mine  ;D Looks good though!

Is that an oo gauge carriage next to the layout too?

Actually two 4mm coaches, or parts of coaches. They are BR Mk1 64' suburban coaches in SR Green bought from Replica at the SECC a month ago. My main intrest is 4mm scale but I still build N scale layouts just for fun. 'Bonkle' is a scaled down version of a 4mm layout set in North Wales called 'Nebo' Based on a layout by the Rev. P.H.Heath which appeared in the June 1965 Railway Modeller with a track plan and station buildings based on Holywell. I have also modelled in 3mm scale but that was a long time ago.  :)
