I have been given a six by four layout board so i am going to build a new show layout. The board folds in the middle
so will be easy to transport will post some pictures when i make a start

The layout i thought i might build is plan 5(clarbeston road junction) in the peco set track plan book as a start but turning it 180 so single track runs the other way it will be dcc controled .

On Photobucket you need to left click where it says IMG code and paste onto the forum.
Those are a bit big though.

Goseunderton Junction
Moving a couple of miles up the track from Goseunderton we come to the junction which because of the strategic importance it was not axed here you will see a small halt station were the track splits and is reduced to single track so the main line goes off to a busy port and the branch feeds a MOD site and a small but important town .

This is the back story so far feel free to comment good or bad i think this will have a lot to offer

Very solid looking baseboard, Kevin, but how did you get the pic with you in the background on the NGF? :D

Start on the second board this is the twin track one what do you think
(Sorry, but you are not allowed to access the gallery)
Would you put a platform between the 2 tracks
(Sorry, but you are not allowed to access the gallery)
both boards to give a idea of size
(Sorry, but you are not allowed to access the gallery)
as always comments always welcome

If you're going to have a station, the logical place would be using the 2 tracks - maybe just an island platform with Peco subway steps as access/egress
