Both road and rail wheels turn

It does look good, painting it will be a delicate operation 

Then you just have the problem of fitting the V12 engine

Must be easier than painting pigeons tho.
Not going there with the engine. In the depths of the underside is a clip that is used to enable the wheels to be set to road or rail. Will probably have this one set up on its roadwheels.
