Learning difficulties

Supercalc? I started with CPM and Locomotive sw!

Somehow moved (on)from DOS to UNIX and lost the plot entirely until Windows 95 came along.

Current status: Confused of Sevenoaks.

My Mum's iPad mini arrived last week and, after getting used to it, she is finding it much easier to use that the old iPad because it is lighter (she has severe RA and finds it hard to hold things that are heavy)

The mini has the Siri function where you speak your question or command and the mini does the rest so she can find her favourite sites without having to type anything. And she can command it to send an email to someone without typing a thing as well. It was able to find answers to quite complex questions like 'what is the largest city in Ontario' which was a crossword clue.

Trouble was it didn't get things right all of the time. In response to a question about Alexander the Great, it came up with a list of pizza restaurants. And when she asked it how to convert centimeters into inches, it came up with the Buffalo/Miami NFL game. Much hilarity all round!
