has anyone heard any news on this from dapol? i see they had a cad drawing on there website but its gone abit quiet of late.

Yep, and we're still waiting for the long 'promised' class 101.

With regards to the Dapol mk3 grub wagon, the problem is that there are many varients of buffets trucks and they will only do one type of catering car due to low sales (basically a maximum of only one per rake is requied). That means it's going to be a compromise for many in their HST formations as well as the W&S buffet. That's a great shame but I guess an understandable commercial decision in todays gloomy economic environment. Brown and Balls have got a lot to answer for.
