Wanted woes

What am I doing wrong on the wanted section?
I hit new topic and the page that opens has no where to post?
I have enough posts to use?

Would quite like to post some wants for kits...

Works for me:
In Forums >>  For Sale / Wanted
Select "Wanted - N Gauge Items"
Select "New Topic" button
Select "Add Listing" button
Select which "Category" from drop-down list
Press "Select Category" button
It is ready for text entry
