Weirdly can't find any mention of this anywhere (including on RMWeb), is it a thing? The timing is right, but a bit odd. The Collector's Club haven't been notified apparently.

Yep as a member of collectors' Club I haven't had any notification, I found out through other means. I can't say I am going to get all excited about it after the huge let-downs of the last three Quarters.

Probably safe to predict another 00 loco, lots of regurgitating of last Quarter's news, then a few re-liveried N wagons with obscure livery choices and an N Scenecraft building or two - maybe another toilet block?

"Que?" Ie Spanish for "what?" Was a popular catchphrase of sitcom character Manuel in Fawlty Towers, used to convey something which is not clear. Railwaygun used it for a post which was perfectly clear. I'm then saying that I don't understand your post.

On topic, if it is on Wednesday I foresee grossly underwhelming announcements again.
