peco Points issue

i have an issue with a set of point i purchased they are the left hand medium size electrofrog points. i have an issue when switching them. in the straight ahead postion there are no issues, but when turninh left im getting no power down the switched rail. ie where the frog is.

looking at the point the section touches the rail but does not apper to make an elecrical connection, has anyone had this issue and how do you resolve it.
