I have  rather big advantage. Seen as i live with a friend (JC92 to be exact) my layout Sheaf is usually set up in the living room. My larger home layout is in my Grandma's garage lol.

Sharing half of the conservatory with my board games, role-playing games, and a few overspill books.  Not quite a man-cave - if I need to expand any further, I may have to think about a replacement shed.  (The current one is small and not very waterproof etc, but is sat on a much bigger unused patio).
