Well, it has finally happened. I knew it was only a matter of time. There is a manufacturer, who I won't name publicly because he hasn't done a thing wrong and I don't want anyone thinking I'm criticizing him in the slightest, who cannot ship to the United States and who makes some kits that I am absolutely rabidly desperate to own. I can make the purchase from him but his insurance prohibits him from shipping to the US, so I need someone who would be willing to receive and repost a package for me in the UK. As I said, he has indicated that I will be able to pay for the items myself and for their delivery within the UK, so all I'm looking for is someone I can pay to repost the package to me in the United States. The items are all etched brass or plastic and so there is nothing you would be reposting that would be problematic (like paints, for example). Obviously, if you do not feel comfortable doing this, please don't. If you would be willing, I would need some way to reimburse you for the cost of posting it to me here and to reimburse you a little for your time. PayPal would probably be the most secure way but I would be willing to do a wire transfer if that was the only way you could do it. Please PM me if this is something you would be willing to consider doing.

Thanks everyone

Philip

Did you tell Philip about the charges when exporting from Lancashire?
The years have been good to me, it was the weekends that did the damage.
