Looking for the Model list for Graham Farish locos.

The mystery deepens.

Since I couldn't find 80048 (352-530) in the above online catalogue resource which goes up to 2005, and given the aforementioned archived reference which had the model arriving late in 2007, I bought a 2006 catalogue to fill the obvious gap between the online catalogues and my own collection of catalogues.

.. 80048 isn't in the 2006 catalogue either! The only catalogue I still don't have or have access to is the 2008 catalogue. Does anyone know if it was in that one?

Thanks Oscar, I was aware of that list but unfortunately it lacks the very bit of info I'm looking for - namely, in which year or years was this model available?

The closest I've come is the link about three posts ago, in which an independent source quotes it as due to be available / due to arrive in late 2007. Unless things have changed recently that would normally suggest that the model was announced / featured in a catalogue somewhat earlier.

In the 2006 catalogue, the 4MT tanks are 80038 (late crest, weathered, 372-527) and 80036 (early crest, 372-528).

In the 2007 catalogue, they are 80130 (late crest, 372-529) and, I've just noticed this,  80136 (early crest, weathered, 372-530).

372-530 - the part number of the model eventually released with the running number 80048.

For some reason, it was changed after the 2007 catalogue was published, an unusual decision I would have thought. Why might they have made such a late change? The real 80136 not only did exist but still survives and, according to Wikipedia, is nearing the end of overhaul at Crewe.

It would still be interesting to know if 372-530 eventually appeared in the 2008 catalogue with its final running number of 80048.
