beat SWMBO to the post box today, and found the 'safe place' card in there.

checked and found a 'Par Avion' envelope from Taiwan 

slipped it in when she wasn't looking (ooh er missus ) and found two Fairburn tanks inside 

when she and our daughter went out set up the test loop and ran them, both smooth and quiet.

not normally a kettle man, but decided to have a small steam fleet as an excursion / preservation operation, and was so happy with the ummmm several 37251s I got from him that I decided to take a chance on the Fairburns.

certainly glad I did.
