Mis-directed parcel

So I go to the post office this morning to collect a recorded delivery item for Mrs B and join the queue at the counter.

When it's his turn the chap in front of me asks the post office person why a parcel he posted to an address in Solvenia has been sitting in a sorting office in Albania for almost two weeks.

Quite how the Royal Mail in London were supposed to help, especially when the parcel was put into the postal service by the British Forces Post Office i.e. not the Royal Mail, was beyond me.

Needless to say that the chap left the sorting office without a solution as the parcel is not in the UK.  Like me the post office person thought the whole matter a bit funny.
