Google UK Search engine

Friends,

Can someone tell me how I can force Google UK search engine to list ONLY UK sites?

I hate the "Round the houses" listings when I only need listing in the UK!

Hi Peter,

The only way I have found is to do the initial search, then go into settings, then advanced search and change the region to UK.  It will still spit out some non UK results but the majority should be UK based.

I tried model shops +host:uk and got a load of results for host.

In the menu under the Google banner click on "search tools" - "any country" - "the UK"

That's on Windows 7, may be slightly different on other versions, I know on XP the menu is on the left and you need to select "pages from the UK", but it'll be there somewhere

You can do more specific site: too.. eg to just search ngf
