Hi sorry to ask but been trying hours to get a pic from my album in media to my thread what would you do if this was your just cant seem to figure out

If you press on the media button, the bottom option shows how to upload media to the forum's servers and how to get the media into your post.

Yup. Like what he said. When you upload the media you get a BBC Link you can copy such as

[smg id=abcd] (to stop it showing as a picture I replaced the number with abcd )

If it's a pic you uploaded previously, click on "Details" at the bottom right to get the info on the pic including the BBC link to copy.

Once you have the link, paste it into a post and voila!
