Just phoned Colin at Union Mills, wanting some tyres, and maybe a loco or tender drive, recorded message says he's on holiday until August 10th - bummer!

Anybody suggest what other tyres might fit, some of the Fleischmann ones (e.g. 7161) look like they might do, or do I just find summat else to do!

Size matters - especially if you don't have a lot of space - and N gauge is the answer!

I usually find that it takes me several weeks to make use of the materials that 'I want now'. There's probably plenty to be getting on with in the meantime... like photographing the new layout so that we can see what's going on  ;)
