Dapol 14XX

I have a Dapol14xx Tank and Auto-coach on order . Due around now but who knows when it might appear in the shops!
Does anyone know if this is this a re-issue of an older model or is it an updated version of the 14XX?
I note that it is available now as part of a starter set (which includes controller & oval of track) but isn't yet available as a twin pack of loco and coach. I find that a bit intriguing.

I believe it is a reissue although the specs suggest it has been improved slightly with the addition of NEM pockets. However the same was also said of the Collett coaches and they turned out to be the same old toppings.
