Help! Employment Lawyer Needed!

Is there anybody on the Forum, retired or employed in Employment Law?
My firm are doing naughty things and i would like to know where i stand and how best to tackle them legally should i need to.

If you are able to help, just for some quick advice, please PM me? (it would be greatly appreciated)

Im NOT looking to start a silly 'no win no fee claim' or anything daft like that.
Its my firm making changes in the dept without consulting people first, just wanna know where i stand with it all thats all......

Worrying times Owl. Employment Contract can be a bit of a mine field on both sides of the fence.

I'm self employed now but I was involved with HR within a group of nursing homes about 7 years ago, I was kinda stuck in the middle between those above and those on the shop floor, nightmare!!

Have a look through the CAB web pages, it may not cover your specific problem but it may put you in the right direction.

Unite the trade union may advice you even if not a member...?  Or they may at least give you contact details for employment solicitors.

Acas, the arbitration people are very clued up and helpful.

I've called them in the past from both sides of the fence. As an employee to know my rights and as an employer to make sure I was going to be doing everything correctly when changes needed to be made when I was working as department manager.
