I actually had a face to face appointment with a doc yesterday (actually she was a paramedic, who diagnosed sinusitis) and got some kick ass antibiotics which have totally dried up my streaming cold, so I'm fit to party now.

And you are correct. The pub is only open to folk who are eating and partying. Basically its a restaurant with live music.

Pah!
They can stick the 'jus' where the sun don't shine.
Good honest gravy is what's needed :)

There isn't time to get from home to Devizes and back before I have to go out.
And in any case, you know I have to complete the course.

Also I have had to stop my statins while I take the clathyromycin so I'm in cholesterol heaven.
Bring on the sausages!

Mrs Trainfish says honey is good for colds. Looking in the cupboard I think I have just stumbled on the answer to my ills:

I'm sure a few beer chasers will help out with the shortfall. Bottle now open   :beers:

New Year's Eve, 2025 at the bus stop.

Looks exciting, right? Wollongong council even cancelled the fireworks down at the harbour, saying the waves were crashing over the breakwater and the fireworks platforms on the harbour would not be stable enough to let them off safely.

I'm so upset the tears are running down me legs

Anyway, Happy New Year everyone. I'm hoping 2026 doesn't see me on the operating slab so often as 2025! ;D
