Superb customer service from Rapido

Hi,

I've got 7 Pendolinos and they eat traction tyres. With 8 per Pendo I get through quite a few.

More likely the temperate extremes in my train shed are responsible, (30C to -2C) according to the thermometer.

Anyhow I emailed Revolution to buy more tyres, they said to call Rapido as it's their model.

I emailed Rapido UK asking to buy lots and lots of tyres and they said to fill out a warranty form.

I filled out the form and just over a week later I have a bag of 100 tyres shipped free of charge, I didn't even have to pay the postage.       

How's that for customer service.
