I notices a listing on eBay for a graham farish restraint car. Obviously bound for bond street

A 'restraint car' is active most days in Switzerland. It is know as the 'jail train'.

We've chatted about it before over on the Continental N Gauge sub board.

I have seen it many times.

As you can see (by the position I was standing and the blur) a few years ago it caught me by surprise at Killwangen-Spreitenbach near Zurich, back then it was powered by an SBB RBe540 railcar  (more recently powered by an SBB Re4/4II (Re420) electric loco
