As of last night after discussions with SWMBO , we have decided because I never end  up running trains on any layouts I have built, I should concentrate on Diorama boards.
I enjoy the building stage and looking at the final results but that is about as far as it goes.

We have come up with the maximum size of A5  to enable me to do different things.

The Purists amongst you can scoff but because there will be no power apart from possibly lighting in buildings it also means I can use an assortment of locos by going the Del Prado route.

RULE 1 APPLIES- Its my choice
Modelling stupid small scale using T gauge track and IDl induction track. Still have  N gauge but not the space( Japanese Trams) Excuse spelling errors please, posting on mobile phone

Good luck and look forward to seeing you work!

Hope Mrs "H" doesn't come across this post as I don't think a wheel has turned on the layout in the last 10 months but an awful lot of building has taken place...

Look forward to some pics of the new project (s) Mike!

Some days its just not worth gnawing through the straps.

Funny you should say that ... there's a pile (allegedly 90+) for under £2 on the eBay Madness thread !  :P

Put a silly low bid in and was instantly out bid.
Only want a few from certain countries so then can pick and chosen when I feel like it.

I shall be posting less regularly on construction threads now.
However I shall be visiting the forum as usual and passing comments in my usual style when I feel the need to.  :uneasy:

Going back to take brain out mode and have decided I want some points for a new   Narrow Gauge diorama type layout.
Need to find my  stock of PCB sleepers  and dig out the Code 40 rail. :help:

Thanks for the offer but this is going to be a special one off. Not even related to N Gauge.

This is going to be MICRO modelling   :uneasy:  Been asked to do something in Zm,
so may have to get a strong magnifier.

Zm is huge use 3.1mm steel track and T gauge parts. You can hand solder T scale track - been there, done that although I'm dreading making the points.
