Dave Allen was, in my opinion, the original observational-comedian. Also the subject of his humour was usually the mildly ridiculous, not the mundane that most comedians now rely on.

"We rely on time, everything we do is ruled by the clock. We get up by the clock, we eat by the clock, we go to work when the clock tells us to, we come home by the clock, and at the end of the day we go to bed by the clock. We do that day after day for 50 years, and what do they give us when we retire - A CLOCK!"  :smiley-laughing:

Like alot on here i'm also not a fan of Ricky Gervais, some of the films he's been in haven't been too bad but the rest aint really for me.

It's very rare that i find a comedian that annoys me but tbh Andi Osho doesn't really do owt for me.

My fav stand up comedian by far is Jimmy Carr, the amount of brilliant Material he has is just amazing, he was by far the best i've seen live. I'm also a big fan of McIntyre (Hence i've seen him twice and already got tickets for next year), Lee Evans, Peter Kay, Frankie Boyle, Sean lock, Ed Byrne, Dara O'briain, Rich Hall, Russell Howard etc etc...
