Lovely shot. The lake looks very still.
Vision over visibility. Bono, U2.

You can tell they get a lot of rain by the size of the puddles! :D

Thanks for sharing your photos, looks like there was a great selection of locos to see running! I'm with Bealman on camping though; being 6' 4" I struggle to get dressed in most tents. Last time I went was when I was about 20; I went woefully unprepared, got really cold and ended up sleeping on the back seat of my car. Luckily, I had a 7 series at the time so it was an enormous space to sleep in with climate control, reading lights everywhere and a radio!

Yes! a B1, B12, two 9F's and a standard class4 for kettle lovers and class 37 and 31 for others. A black 5 and a spam-can failed to make it, the 5 had leaky superheat and the spam-can was held up by an accident on the motorway. Why don't they come by rail?

Lots of complicated paperwork to get them certified for running on the main line, and to compound matters further, the main line between Cromer and North Walsham was downgraded to Route Availability 7 last year, so most kettles are now deemed too heavy for the route.
