HST Executive Livery Buffet Cars

I wonder if anyone can help with any pictures of Inter-City Executive liveried HST catering vehicles, either the TRUB or TRFB variants.

Particularly looking for details of the wording - I can remember several types. It's incredibly hard to find good pictures of the centre cars - I have loads of the pointy ends (guilty).
