Peco do some of them under the 'ratio' brand, slaters do a few. There are also various manufacturers from mainland Europe who do embossed paper printed brickwork and the like.

For windows there are various sources of etched brass windows and doors (Ratio, Scalelink, Langley etc). York Modelmaking do a range of laser cut ones and of course many styles 3D print quite nicely.

A lot of N modelling is done using printed paper/card though. Even in OO most of the mortar grooves are somewhat out of scale depthwise. In N the tiny difference in surface depth of the mortar is basically zero. Which needs nicely to the usual argument on the subject which is whether out of depth texture looks better than flat.

http://www.scalescenes.com/ is perhaps a good place to start on the card front, and also includes some downloadable freebies so you can judge for yourself.
