Hi

I was wondering if anyone has recieved their book and wagon yet as I renewed a month ago, and I have still heard nothing!

Am I the only one?

Finally came through after months of waiting. As it is I am a member but I am not going to renew. In my opinion it is a waste of money.

Thanks

Hi

Am glade you finally got it. It's a shame you won't renew as I like the wagons but then again it's not for everyone.

Thanks
Alan

Does anyone have details of how to join the GF collectors club? Is there a dapol one too?

Cheers

Yes, Dapol have a members club too.

Costs and benefits similar to that Farish one apart from one thing. The big pull of the Dapol club is the annual limited edition model. They usually only produce 200 or 250 of these and it is usually an existing model in a different livery.

How much these appeal to you will depend on where and when you model but previous years have included A4 Silver Link (the only silver liveried A4 they have produced to date which now goes for silly money on eBay) and a class 22 with milk tankers weathered by Mercig. This nice little set probably has the best RTR weathering I have seen and is a reallt nice train in a box for just £110.
