i doubt the driver will be arrested the cells don't have the capacity....
he might get a short sharp shock from the local magistrate, or perhaps they'll be discharged....

That could almost have been me today. Having an itchy ankle, I leant down to scratch it and caught the wrist adjuster buckle on my sleeve on the bonnet release lever. Fortunately, I was going slow, and the bonnet stopped on the safety catch, but could have popped open at speed. A timely reminder to keep my hands on the wheel!
