What colour?

Painting a few bits and pieces at present and want peoples opinions.
Solid Windows on resin vehicles etc, what colour looks best?

I think a flattened/ dulled silver would do the job.
Experiment on perhaps the underside of the vehicle first.

Solid windows?  But if thats what you have, I'd say a light grey with a touch of silver.

Having a good number of both solid window and Oxford vehicles, I think that what's needed is a very dark grey, in a matt finish.  Although lighter colours are more often than not used - even silver - the effect of "proper" models is of dark interiors through imaginary clear windows. 
As always, experimentation and comparison will solve your problem.

I had but mine has a slight metalic blue/black tint. not going to be easy to replicate.
