What colour?

Painting a few bits and pieces at present and want peoples opinions.
Solid Windows on resin vehicles etc, what colour looks best?
Modelling stupid small scale using T gauge track and IDl induction track. Still have  N gauge but not the space( Japanese Trams) Excuse spelling errors please, posting on mobile phone

I think a flattened/ dulled silver would do the job.
Experiment on perhaps the underside of the vehicle first.

Solid windows?  :sick: But if thats what you have, I'd say a light grey with a touch of silver.

Having a good number of both solid window and Oxford vehicles, I think that what's needed is a very dark grey, in a matt finish.  Although lighter colours are more often than not used - even silver - the effect of "proper" models is of dark interiors through imaginary clear windows. 
As always, experimentation and comparison will solve your problem.

Have you thought of looking at cars with tinted windows ? could be a good way to get a perfect colour match  :hmmm:

I had but mine has a slight metalic blue/black tint. :thumbsdown: not going to be easy to replicate.
