SMF Trader System - Detailed Feedback

Detailed Comment Paid for 21/11. I chased on 29/11 -he confirmed it had just been sent due to illness and postage to be refunded. 4/12 he confirmed sent on 1/12 instead. 8/12 I chased again. For some reason responded with specific details of how the packet looked and that it was sent on 1/12. It arrived on 10/12 in completely different wrapping and clearly sent on 7/12 as the date is on the PO label and it was wrapped in the 6/12 Daily Mirror and snow plough missing. He insinuated it had been intercepted in the post then repackaged and sent from the same PO 6 days later with postage being paid again by the thief! He wanted photos of the packaging etc. Lifes too short. Never has refunded postage or forwarded snowplough.
