I hope it turns out to be nothing too serious Joe.
David.
I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.
If a friend seems distant, catch up with them.

My Mum (will be 92 years old on 25 October) was taken into hospital last Saturday with various problems.

Since then her condition has been, to quote M Python, "going up and down like the assyrien empire".

Unfortunately visits to the hospital are forbidden.

That's the worst part. Bad enough your Mum's hospitalised (hope she improves soon) but with no visits allowed it makes matters worse for both you and her :(

joe cassidy

Thanks Mick. They do allow visits when the end is nigh, but only one person.

I have got 2 self-assembly Ikea beds being delivered tomorrow  :worried:

dannyboy

You will be able to put your mask on, stand 2 metres away, cup/mug/glass in hand and watch them self assemble.  :)

I hope that Ikea don't forget to include the magic wand.

IKEA are now selling hookers, you have to  :censored: them yourself.

Apparently our local school has become an academy and it's sponsored by IKEA.
They say the lessons are ok, but morning assembly takes ages.

In April 2024 I will be raising money for Cancer Research UK by doing at least 100 press-ups every day.  Feel free to click on the picture to go to the donations page if you would like to help me to reach my target.

To follow the construction of my layout "Longcroft" from day 1, you'll have to catch the fish below first by clicking on it which isn't difficult right now as it's frozen!

Whenever I bought something from Ikea I ended up with a bedroom shed and a few bits left over :confused2:

themadhippy

A  middle class punk  went to ikea and told the assistant ,"my girlfriend insists i need  a sofa bed, have you got any?" the assistant  replies
"Don't be told what you want
Don't be told what you need
There's no futon
No futon
No futon for you"
