It was probably a Ladybird dressing gown (with ladybird buttons).

Je ne suis pas une 'Ladybird'

Interesting sign has appeared at the high school at the bottom of the street.

Good luck with that!

Would you have tolerated this during your years as a teacher George?

Chris, as a physics teacher, I got caught in a bind when an app appeared that would allow kids to take video of say, a projectile motion experiment they were doing, and then superimpose the motion on top of the video.

It would then present all the parameters measured, such as range, Max height, etc.

It was actually useful, but of course it meant kids using a phone to do it!

I have my own ladybird outfit although technically it's a bunny bird which nobody on here will understand unless I've posted about it previously  :D

In April 2024 I will be raising money for Cancer Research UK by doing at least 100 press-ups every day.  Feel free to click on the picture to go to the donations page if you would like to help me to reach my target.

To follow the construction of my layout "Longcroft" from day 1, you'll have to catch the fish below first by clicking on it which isn't difficult right now as it's frozen!

The UFOs continue to threaten the bowlo. They've already scorched one of the greens, and that flag has been half-mast for weeks. Maybe knocking a member off every day!  :D

Spot Mt Keira.

Similar pic, but weather a bit different!

Additional to my comments about the young guy on the bike a few posts ago, when I got off the bus this evening at MacDonalds, a bunch of teenagers were blocking the path with bikes and things.

I thought ok, no problem, and one of them said hello. Then another raised his hand as I walked past, and said hi, so I high- fived him.

Like I posted, there's hope yet.

I'm glad those lads showed respect and politeness George. Shows today's society

Do that in Swindon and one of them will have your wallet from your pocket while your arm is raised. Thankfully not everywhere is like Swindon.

Across the road.

Out the front of Chez Bealman this morning. One horse, and feral deer. I counted at least a dozen of 'em.  :veryangry:

Thanks, Chris. Yes, all well.

Except the view. The bloody things cross the road and have done much damage in the past.  :veryangry:

We have noticed a lot more deer about over the last few months, with a couple even walking round our garden a few weeks ago. I think ours are Irish deer though.

I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.
