Apparently Bealette has been up the Seoul Skytower, 5th tallest building in the world. Shades of Tom Cruise Mission Impossible - blue is glue, red is dead

Not for the faint hearted or those who fear heights

Graham

wow, don't think I could stand on that glass,

dannyboy

I feel dizzy just looking at that second picture!
David.
I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.
If a friend seems distant, catch up with them.

Continental drift makes me feel dizzy  :(

Papyrus

Definitely wouldn't get Mrs Papyrus up that. I've stood on the glass floor of the walkway of Tower Bridge which was equally entertaining. It's putting the first foot on the glass which is the most nerve-wracking. Once you've done it, your brain suddenly thinks 'this is OK' and you are fine after that.

Seoul looks a nice city.

Cheers,

Chris

Try watching this without getting sweaty palms! An ultralight at 10000 feet altitude. Not for me!

He said he would wear a jacket next time!
How about a parachute, phone tether and a radio and strobe beacon!

Instead of a seat I'd need a commode!
Bit of a bummer if he drops his phone :worried:

Bealette has arrived in Japan and has had dinner with her favourite student. We met the lovely lady during our 2018 adventure. She treated us like royalty, and this looks like the same restaurant she took us to.

Don't ask me to name the dishes - I could only stomach half of them! Unfortunately, the bit of paper beside the square egg isn't very informative, either. Where's Squiddy when you need him  :worried:

Stuff that for a game of soldiers. I get vertigo just standing at the kerb!

Are there bullet holes in that glass or is it wee splashes?

In April 2024 I will be raising money for Cancer Research UK by doing at least 100 press-ups every day.  Feel free to click on the picture to go to the donations page if you would like to help me to reach my target.

To follow the construction of my layout "Longcroft" from day 1, you'll have to catch the fish below first by clicking on it which isn't difficult right now as it's frozen!
