Under Profile Info you have access to lists of Reactions Given and Reactions Received.

Unfortunately you can only view the first page, when accessing other pages you are returned to Profile Summary

Thanks, I'll pass this on to @NGFTech

Never seen that one before. It's always been Bob Tidbury (complete with space between names)

In April 2024 I will be raising money for Cancer Research UK by doing at least 100 press-ups every day.  Feel free to click on the picture to go to the donations page if you would like to help me to reach my target.

To follow the construction of my layout "Longcroft" from day 1, you'll have to catch the fish below first by clicking on it which isn't difficult right now as it's frozen!

What am I doing wrong?

1. I'm posting to existing threads or new threads and I don't get notices that responses have been made to these threads.

2. Every time I go back to the recent unread posts page I see fewer and fewer posts, so e.g. I get to that page, look at one recent post, go back to the recent unread post and there might be just half a dozen posts there when there was two pages previously...

Please help.

I suggest you use 'All Unread' as I find no issue with doing that

If you want to follow and receive notifications of posts on a topic select the box "No alerts or emails" and choose your preferred option. The default is "no alerts" even if you have posted in a topic.

I always choose from  "Recent Unread Posts" and "All Unread" and both work for me.

Thanks Mike.
That all makes sense to me now.

Would it be possible to allow a 'thread starter/author/owner' to delete any inappropriate posts on their own thread? I constantly get inane and irrelevant replies on my layout thread from a certain individual and would like to be able to delete them as often they push my own most recent post usually including pictures of my layout progress back to the previous page where some people don't see them as they only look at the most recent page of the thread.

Or you can make me a moderator and I can delete them like that  :D

Maybe a polite but firm PM to the individual concerned first.
If your polite but firm request is ignored then report each unwanted post.
This would only apply to your own thread

Trainfish

I may try that but on a recent post which you have probably seen I 'politely' asked for experiences of using products and not google links but still that certain individual responded within just a few minutes as they usually do with google links and when asked if they had used them, as I had requested, they said no. A lot of us go off topic etc at times and I encourage that on my layout thread but when I politely asked not for links and promptly got them I was tempted to be a lot more 'impolite' than the post I replied with. If (sorry, when) it happens again they will get a PM but I can't promise it will be polite.

I guess that means my informal application to be a moderator has been turned down  :*(

Might be fortunate in a way - think of all the forumites you would be sending to the 'naughty step'.  ;)
