Its that long since I saw my layout, I'm not even sure if I have one anymore  :'(

Just follow the smell of pachyderm  :poop: and you'll find it.
The Head Heffalump has been complaining about the lack of cleaning being done.
I don't want to imagine the size of the litter boxes.

GeeBee

Making an attempt to sort out the platforms on Wotcanappen followed everybody's advice and ran my 08 shunter through at every stage absolutely superb tried to put my new class 60 and 2 carriages through no chance so busy concentrating on width forgot about length  :veryangry: in my defence I have been a bit unwell over the last 5 months
:thankyousign:

I believe many open wagons have been filled

Currently creating working, moveable, pluggable loco lamps to save me having 2 engines of the same number with different lamp codes.  Just move the lamp to the location you want is the idea, hopefully a tutorial to follow.

First batch of lamps painted, need a little tidying up

Great idea, Caz

Though not for soldering novices I suspect.

Hailstone

I have just completed the wiring for the new trailing crossover on my main line

the testing has been reported elsewhere on the forum:
http://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?topic=19060.msg395941#new

I did not install the point motors until I was sure that it worked perfectly and I can now terminate local trains in the bay platform of Trewoon and then send them  back to Pentewan in a prototypical manner, something I had long wanted to do, but was unable until the advent of the new Peco set track curved points which I am sure have got others like me thinking of the possibilities of their use.

Regards,

Alex

Good eyesight and a steady hand as it uses 0603 SMD LEDs and 0.1mm pitch connectors.   :)

I suspected that that that is a special ruler on which each of those divisions is actually a quarter of an inch!

Now, now, let's not be silly, must admit there are times when a shrink ray gun would be a distinct advantage.   ;)

Just discovered the guy who supplied the connectors has stopped doing them, need to find another source, got enough for about 20 locos.  :worried:

Wondering why I bother, three locos all failed in the last fortnight, all less than two years old with minimal usage.

I have to wonder just how reliable n gauge is compared to OO, I only had one of them fail in thirty years.  :unimpressed:

Well having started on plans for a roundy roundy to link to my terminus 2 years ago almost to the day I've finally installed the missing link!

a nice steady 1/100 embankment which my M7's can just about manage with 3 Maunsell's. Now to crack on with the scenics. In the meantime it's  :beers: time don't you know!
