 :) I`m guessing that I`m not as bad as I feel because I have a blood test now booked. Another appointment to book with the GP for 4weeks time to see how this menu rearrangement is working out + anti depressant upgraded by a half per day. and been told to get my flue jabs in before the queues get   rushed off their feet
