Hi  All,

I do like to try different  foods & cheese  is no  exception,  always willing to try new  ones  i  look around work  of course while  doing the  job.

Some cheeses are advertised a  full flavour/seriously strong etc & there is a grading system   1-5     5  being the strongest  i've tried a lot of them  the higher numbered ones  usually come on  a   2-3  of my scale.

But  this all  changed  this weekend when i purchased  some Little Black  Bomber from the Snowdonia cheese company in  200g truckles .......    wow  to  say the least very full  flavoured if you like  cheese  strong so  it bites this is for you
Not the most economical  of cheeses   but  for a one off  or with  Christmas around the corner why not  treat yourself.  :D   my mission  over 2013  is to try  all  but the  one with chilli   &  the one with  cranberries as i'm not allowed  Cranberries for more details go to the  online store here &  stockists  to your area.

Probably doesn't rate very high on your scale but in my opinion you can't beat Kraft Crackerbarrel - flavoursome cheese without your cheeks meeting in the middle  :food:

Crackerbarrel  has Flavour Paul   but very mild compared to this one all  a matter of personel  taste though.

I'm not a fan of strong tasting cheese.
But living down here I do like Cornish Yarg. And.....you get to eat the dried nettles that cover the edge !
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

Im a big fan of cheese's, I like the one with cranberries in, but also the one with apricot (other company), tried last year around christmas (who'd have thought it) strongest I had was an irish  one very recently, cant remember the name but had a damn good kick in it  ;D
OK who took my cake?

I really enjoy the one with apricots in it broken up and scattered round a salad accompanied with an excellent hand made pork pie bought from the farmers market, not a cheap meal but a very memorable one  :food:

cheers John.

Tried Black Bomber from local farm shop (if 20 miles away is Local that is), your right Upnick it's not cheap but it does have a terrific taste.

If you come across it it's well worth sampling.

You really need to try this  cheese Matthew-Peter,  i'm   sure if your  a vegetarian   you  could  find something else to accompany  it  instead of the pork   pie   :claphappy:
