After switching computer in the office, my files got messed up, need time to check the computer at home. Please wait a bit.

If you start afresh, I would recommend using a MicroAce C52 as a donor over a C57, the valve gear of a C52 looks more like a C38 with lower and upper slide bar.  The C57 came with a single slide bar in the middle.
The C52 came with spoke wheels.
