To 'Superelevate' or not to 'Superelevate' that is the question?

Using 2x Kato 20-120 curve r315mm 45 deg, to get my outer oval, and 2x Kato 20-110 r282mm 45 deg for the inner oval.

Is it worth trying to superelevate? And if so how? Seen some sites where they say electric tape is as good as anything?
