New packaging for Ratio kits.
« on: December 10, 2019, 01:17:30 PM »
Hi All,

Has anyone seen this ?

I recently received these, and was very impressed.

Gone are the big cumbersome cardboard boxes. The packaging is smaller, more modern looking, and made of material you can use for glazing

I do like this new packaging  :D

All best wishes,

Kevin

 :beers:

Yep picked up a few bits last week from my model shop, easier to get into rather then fight those pesky staples. And you can slide bits back into them when your finished unlike the plastic bag!!!

Unless theyve just glazed your building!!!!

I'd be interested to know the environmental impact of the new versus the old.
“We are indebted to those soldiers who served with courage and distinction to bring peace to Northern Ireland,” UK Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson said. “The welfare of our former service personnel is of the utmost importance.”

@RailGooner 100% recyclable. Instructions are printed in the card backing sleeve and that's it.

Old packaging card panel and paper instructions were recyclable, polythene bag and staples werent

Those look suspiciously like Kestrel rather than Ratio kits (?)
