I really enjoyed this show today, nice to meet up  with Mick, @Newportnobby and Ron,Lankyman. There was plenty of N-Gauge layouts and the good thing I noticed there was more trains running on the n-gauge layouts, pretty good.

My new layout here, Irwell Valley Railway. https://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?topic=47127.0

A very enjoyable show with some excellent N gauge layouts with some unusual motive power. Great to see @lil chris @Lankyman @Mainline  there along with a couple of chaps from the Leyland MRC who are also members of the forum. I did search for @les nehrlich but he must have been hiding from me as, in the 3 hours or so I was there, I never caught a glimpse.
Pics and vids to follow tomorrow when I've resized/uploaded them.

In no particular order we have:-
Marsh Chipping (some extremely unique locos/units to be seen including a 'Fell', 'Big Bertha', '18100' and a diesel railcar. Lots of others listed I didn't see)

Falahill - circular layout based on 'The Circle Line' by NGF member 'Mainline'

Dunkow Road - green/blue diesel WR layout

Burshaw North Western - modern image but I could have fired off pics all day as in my teens I was hauled up and down the WCML by many of the locos seen. Lots of experimentals, and some unusual EMUs. Stuff on shed included class 15, 17, 23, 28 and others

Clifton & Lowther - a length of scenic railway with prototypical trains. No stills, but a couple of vids. Look out for the road vehicles :D

I just had to get a vid of the AM10 as that was what took me from Wolverton - Bletchley so I could get across thence to Oxford or Bedford/Sandy. I'm sure I also saw an AM4 unit on Burshaw but missed getting a shot. Also enjoyed the Manchester Pullman :D

Good to chat with you yesterday, Mick and L'l Chris. I thought this was one of the best shows I have seen at Preston and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was impressed with the number of N gauge layouts and Burshaw was exceptional, something moving all the time and a lot of choice of things to see. Star of the show though, for me, was the Wickham Railbus on Marsh Chipping although I couldn't get my head round some of the others on that layout. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything to spend my money on 0n any of the trade stands.
