jig for warflat/well wagons
« on: May 27, 2019, 04:48:32 AM »
Does anyone have the official distance for the outside width of each of these wagons, and also the space between the inside edge of the side frames? I want to build some kind of jig to hold everything straight, especially for the warwell where I have a tendancy to not have the side frames perpendicular to the bed, which causes issues with gaps at the ends between the sides and the bed.

How does anyone else ensure the correct squareness is set for the sides?

If i get the measurements right, I might 3d print a jib to hold a model in place whilst it's drying, if it works i'll share it here as well

Don't you mean a "Jig"?

I've always known a "Jib" to be the forward sail on a sailing boat!
