As Only Me wrote both can run on the same wire. Add a small 1mm x1mm magnet to make the Faller steering arm follow the Tomytec wire. Just needs a little trial and success.

Over-user of brackets and quotation marks.

Wondering how many pedants can dance of the head of a pin.

I've ordered the Faller Mercedes truck today, but Gaugemaster don't yet have the FA161905 kit in stock at the moment.

I've decided to have a shared route from the 'North' of the layout to the Station Concourse, then 2 routes from there, one for the bus which will turn back at the station, and another for the truck which will continue 'South' and through a small city scape where I plan to have the railway street running.

More to follow on my Rhaetia thread....
