Thought I had better repeat this post on this thread -

For information, The Wagon Yard are now stocking 'Commercial Brit-Line' limited edition wagons.
From their latest email -
"Made by Peco the range features detailed and interesting liveries from Spain. We have selected 8 liveries for our launch but if the range proves popular we will increase this, so if there are any liveries you are interested in please do let us know"

Hoping to get hold of an exam0le of the Peco blue spot wagon in 40th anniversary livery, commissioned by Commercial Britline in 2019. Thewagonyard.co.uk are on the case!
Rumour has it the next commission from Derails will be a repeat 14T tank wagon with a different running number to their previous issues.
Cheltenham Model Centre may be commissioning some more ltd ed wagons in time for a show in March.
Another brace of wagons due from Pennine wagons too ....
Happy days!

Shame these are all preciously released whisky brands ... albeit with much improved printing and detail .... The only new one so far is George IV.
Lima, triang-hornby and others did Vat69 in OO and even black&white ... none of these are single malt, of course, but all popular mainstream blends. I wonder if the problem is the permissions to use trade marks ....

Peco/Osborn’s OSBP002 5 plank wagon “Dunsdon Bros” 5
Peco/Osborn’s OSBP002 5 plank wagon “Earnest Franklin” 5

Does anyone have further info on these two wagons listed above, as I can't see anything on them via Osborne's website. Are they out yet??? Thanks in advance for help!

I have no need for any new wagons (or locos)...but when does logic ever stop someone!  :laugh3:

Yes they are available from Osborns. I have already got mine.
https://flic.kr/p/2inGe7Z
They are advertised as “the Culham connection”
Osborns shop was originally sited in Abingdon and Culham and Radley were villages in the Abingdon area and both had stations (and coal traders’ yards ) on the main line between Didcot and Oxford. There was also a branch line between Radley and Abingdon itself until the late ‘70s which also served the MG car factory there. Maurice Pearce is still a member of the Abingdon and District MRC.
I am sure someone can find you the details of these traders in one of the privare owner wagons volumes by Keith Turton ...
Hope that helps

Peco/Regal Models NR-P904b 5-plank “Royal Dockyard Chatham Wagon” 142 (new running number)

Dapol/Gaugemaster GM2410101 7-plank wagon “South & Gasson” 105 (finally. Is this the longest wait for a Dapol commission?) (and it's a repeat of the Simply Southern wagon S2601NP from 2016, as I think was noted earlier)
Dapol/Gaugemaster GM2410102 7-plank wagon “South & Gasson” 105 (weathered)

Dapol/Swansea RMC 7-plank wagon “Swansea & District Railway Men’s Direct Coal Association”  2 (not actually released until 19th September - is this the earliest arrival of a Dapol commission??!)

South and Gasson: will be interesting to see whether Gaugemaster have repeated the printing exactly. The Simply Southern one has the printing quite low down, as it was really meant for a 5-plank wagon?
We should be getting release details for Pennine Wagon’s next pair of Peco vans in “Virol” and GN liveries .... very soon.
Derails too should have another new Peco wagon to sell, reputedly a 14T tank.
I think the Regal Models’ (Chatham) B variant was released a while ago now ...
More coming from The Wagon Yard ... and Hailsham Show Committee should be announcing their 2020 release as well.
There will be at least another three Spanish liveried Peco wagons from Brit-Line (obtainable from The Wagon Yard!)
Swansea RMG’s wagon looks good but September is a long way off .... will the Coronavirus business be over by then, I wonder? Will we get some new private owners from BachFar by then?

Notice of forthcoming release of a new 7-plank wagon from PECO NR-P427 Gardner, Norwich, #306.
The Wagon Yard are due to release a 5-plank SE&CR Loco coal wagon soon, commissioned from Peco.
Regal Models’ wagon does appear to have a new number: 142, where previous issue was 141 and there was an original issue with #140 as running number. Both previous issues were referenced NR-P904 even though there were two running number issues.
Apart from the above, things are remarkably quiet at the moment. Anyone would think there was some kind of a world crisis going on .....

The two new Pennine Wagons are now available

We are delighted to be able to announce that we have commissioned two new limited edition N-Gauge wagons from Peco, which we now have in stock. These are both ventilated vans, one in the livery of the Great Northern Railway and the other in the very distinctive private-owner livery of Virol. The wagons are on sale individually or as a pair, and are now available from our website

www.penninewagons.co.uk

Prices are as follows :-

GNR or Virol      UK - £16.00    Europe - £18.00     Rest of World - £19.00

Pair                   UK - £29.00    Europe - £31.00     Rest of World - £32.00

All prices include P&P.

All their other Limited Edition wagons are sold out.
David.

Virol was dreadful stuff .... punishing medicine for growing kids in the ‘50s!
Excellent  news for us collectors as well as any enthusiasts modelling up until early British Railways era ... before the6 had finished repainting or weeding out stock fron Big 4 and its constituent companies ...
Have placed my order already!
