Yes, I got it - thanks!  :beers:

I'm on facebook (not that I ever use it, mind you) and the pics did come up in that format.

I liked the darkened shed scene in Bron Hebog's set. A couple there intrigue me.... looks like 009?

Hi all,

Having got home, eaten and drinking after 4 days at the show...

Good to meet and put faces to so man of you from on here!

Happy that most of you who spoke to me understand that I am a bit of a wagon fanatic!

Thanks for the interest in the 2 wagon projects I was focused on:-

Tullis Russell PAA wagons

Grainflow 'Minibulk' hoppers

There will be more on the progress towards completing these models shortly - ie after I have a breather and rejuvenate myself to keep on with them!

I have about 20 different wagon projects at various stages in the research and modelling process which will come out of the WIP drawer in the near future.

Hope that you all enjoyed the show. I certainly enjoyed the bits I got round during the essential needs breaks I had.

If you have photos - post them up here!

Thanks
Phil H

As the link doesn't sem to work for some....

I assume you could probably go to Facebook and then enter Model Rail Scotland into the search. It should come up with a landing page. If you are not a Facebook user, then that may not work for you and you need to try a different method of viewing the photos put up by the organisers.

I didn't take any pics myself as it would have annoyed other vieweres and meant me pushing my way around and into layouts, so many I viewed were from non camera friendly angles.

Hope you get to see some pics soon...somehow!

I was in Glasgow yesterday but due to our train times didn't get to the show but that was more than made up for by watching the rugby in the pub accompanied by several glasses of Joker IPA and seeing Blue Oyster Cult in the evening

Had planned to go on the Friday, but work put paid to that.
Saturday it was.
Got there before it opened and was already a long queue to get in.
Good show though and picked up some bits n bobs.
Was it me, but did think it was quieter than previous years.
Seemed a lot easier moving around the traders stands.
Only one or two layouts seemed to have a crowd around them and you had to return later to view.
Still think Perth has the edge with the ' a modellers show by modellers ' about it.
Well done to all involved for there hard work organising.

Thank you very much for posting that, Markus. Some decent layouts to be seen.
There seemed to be a lot of background noise though :hmmm:

:hellosign: and  :thankyousign: for posting your video, I got the impression you liked Fairbine Road WPD , my favourite 2mm finescale layout was in action -" Wansbeck Road . Looked liked there was a lot of large sized layouts there.
