Just received a batch of mini plugs for the layout wiring from China. Was about to open the jiffy bag - but then on second thoughts I think I'll leave it in quarentine for a few days first!!!!! :worried:

At least a fortnight if you want to be safe?

In 2003, having returned from China, I was isolated due to the SAR virus. My GP came to take blood samples for testing at the hospital.

In the end, it turned out to be the worst 'flu I've ever had.

I always joke though, that it's the only time my GP has made an appointment to see me....

Quarentine duly extended Dr Gizzy!

Gives me some time to cut out mini advert billboards...

The ads are laser printed, stuck to thin styrene sheet with double sided tape, cut out with scalpel and then attached to the cardboard/acrylic painted wall with Copydex (as suggested by John) - works well!

@swisstrains    should just download as a zip fie containing TrueType fonts for desktop and web. No problems downloading and installing for me.

Strange :confused2:
Downloaded to my laptop without any problems but no joy on my desktop. Both Windows 10 and MS Edge with same security ?? I have never had any problems downloading any other stuff but my desktop really doesn't like this particular file.

Hi Matt. You've probably already seen it but I immediately thought of you when I came across this website. :D

It appears to be quite informative.

Well, finished the Sunbeam. Just need to build another 1950's bike, need to ask my uncle what model it was, so I can show him and my dad as they cruised around Europe in the early 1960s, getting into all sorts of highjinx and misdemeanours no doubt!

That is excellent work.
David.
I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.
